The Patel Residence is an elegant and cozy apartment that encompasses a space of 1200 sq ft. Outlining the aesthetic ideals of modernity and minimalism, this home features clean lines, bright spaces, and vibrant colors to create the perfect blend of function and form. With an intent to renovate the space on its purchase, our client aimed to redefine the character of the home to match their aesthetics in an economically feasible manner.

The end result of the renovation is a vivacious house that emphasizes overall spatial harmony and balance within its walls as a diverse palette of simple materials, textures and colors come together.

Fostering a warm and welcoming first impression, the entrance foyer directs you towards the living room.

The warmth provided by the wooden tones is evident in the cabinet fixtures and walls; while the sofa, with its elegant and rich color of turquoise, adds a distinct character to the space. Accompanied by minimal walls, this tranquil living space is elevated by its layered lighting effect. In adherence to the space’s color palette, the nesting tables with matching laminates prove to be a versatile component which enables functionality and simultaneously doesn’t restrict the free space of the room.

A reflection of the client’s approach to modernity with a twist, the hallway features circular three dimensional wall mould adorned with pastels colors and patterns. Offering a cozy dining table area, a creative partition unit that also serves as a showcase is designed. Cascading over the dining table, is a quirky light fixture that catches one’s eye. The entire area maintains a relaxing and harmonious aesthetic with its amalgamation of wooden tones and modern elements.
